Tanya employs a strengths-based approach in therapy, customizing her techniques to suit the unique needs of her clients. She has expertise in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Her research focuses on childhood trauma, and she assists clients dealing with various challenges such as complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. Tanya is dedicated to aiding individuals in their healing journey and equipping them with strategies to thrive in life.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys strength training; she loves seeing what her body is capable of and feeling it grow stronger. She also loves reading books by the fireplace.
