Heather has experience working with young children and adolescents. She has supported youth and families during hospital admissions with navigating crisis and adapting to new diagnosis - utilizing Attachment Based and Family Systems approaches.Her professional interests include Trauma Care Approaches, Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In her spare time Heather enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her young family.
