These therapies are ideal for trauma and helping to work with the nervous system. Paul has also been through a difficult chronic pain journey, that has led to developing a passion to decrease physical symptoms in others through mental health therapy.
Paul has been trained in the following therapies. Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Narrative Therapy, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.
On a personal note, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, biking and being in the mountains.
