Paul Welch.... continued

Paul has spent the past 8 years working in a therapeutic campus-based treatment centre for children and youth with multiple psychological diagnoses, significant social skill deficits, and behavioural presentations. He is trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and has facilitated group learning processes for children, teens, and adults.

As an ADHD specialist who received a late diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 42, Paul understands and empathizes with the difficult journey of navigating the complex challenges and barriers people with ADHD and neurodivergence face. He strives to translate therapeutic concepts in a way that is both accessible and practical for individual client needs. Although Paul is passionate about ADHD, he seeks to support all people in their journey towards finding authentic alignment with their inner values to reduce conflict, challenges, and emotional pain.

In his personal time, Paul is the proud cat dad of two beautiful Siamese cats. He is a voracious reader and loves applying a psychological lens to diverse concepts in philosophy, spirituality, art, performance, and social engagement as he seeks to understand human motivation and behaviour.
